Purpose of data processing
ERVICo is processing personal data for the purpose of providing services, and for all cases, for which the personal data are essential for the provision of the agreed services. The data processing is especially serving the purpose of preparing the application, the application itself as well as the support during the whole procedure. With reference to our website and our presence on Social Media ERVICo is processing data for the purpose of marketing and communication with our customers.
Personal data are collected on basis of your disclosure and you are voluntarily providing your personal data. On the other side ERVICo is able to process your request for application only in the case you are submitting the personal data, necessary for fulfilling the respective purpose.

The data processing of your data is based on our legitimate interest in an economic and efficient analysis of our Website (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). The information about the way of your usage behavior and website activities, generated by Cookies, is transferred to and stored at a Google Server. Those Servers are located in the USA or other countries outside of the European Union. ERVICo itself does not store any of your personal data for the purpose of analyzation. ERVICo is NOT using any Social Media Plugins, but just Links that have a forwarding function.

ERVICo is reachable over Social Media (currently LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram) for communicating with customers, potential customers and other users and for informing those groups about ERVICo and its services. In doing so data of users might be processed on Servers outside the European Union, which might involve some risks for its users. For instance because the data protection is on a lower level in those countries in comparison the EU or because the law enforcement is more difficult. We would like to point out that Social Media Providers usually process user data for the purpose of market research and advertising. They are for instance collecting user profiles with certain usage behaviors for generating individual advertising for the respective user, even outside of the respective Social Media platforms.
