The Paznaun is a valley in the very west of Tyrol with its most famous tourist villages Ischgl, Galtür and Kappl (all of them both for summer and winter tourism). What Kitzbühel is for celebrities, Ischgl is for the younger generation and those who still feel young: the hottest of all Hot Spots (Galtür and Kappl are a good choice for those who want it more calm). Ischgl means party time 24/7 starting with Aprés Ski immediately after the lifts are closing – still in skiing clothes and boots. Afterwards the excellent choice of restaurants get prepared for welcoming dinner guests before continuing party time, very often until the early morning. Every year the winter season starts and ends with open air concerts of famous international musicians. The skiing area in the Paznaun is really fantastic. The ski slopes have an elevation of over 3.000 m and you can even cross the border to Switzerland by ski.
