The Stubaital is the main valley in the Stubaier Alpen in Tyrol. The fact that it is very close to the capital Innsbruck makes it attractive for different tourists – both summer and winter time – e.g. Stubaier Höhenweg or Grawa waterfalls or skiing on the Stubaier glacier – with very diverse offers regarding restaurants and accommodation. Similar to the Pitztal the villages are not as famous as in other parts of Tyrol, on the other hand they could still preserve a lot of original tyrolyan charm. The beautiful valley is absolutely worth visiting – especially for families!
